Evidence-Based Women's Health & Longevity · Australia & India
Specialising in IVF & reproductive medicine, operative gynaecology, longevity science, and the menopause transition — with a rigorous, data-driven approach that puts your biology first.
Areas of Focus
Each domain is interconnected. Understanding one without the others leaves critical gaps in your health picture.
Infertility is not a single diagnosis — it is a symptom with dozens of potential causes. My approach combines advanced diagnostics, personalised stimulation protocols, and the latest evidence to maximise your chances of a successful pregnancy.
Living longer is meaningless without living well. I integrate hormonal optimisation, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk reduction, and biomarker tracking to extend your healthspan — the years you spend in full vitality.
Gynaecological conditions are chronically under-investigated and undertreated. I operate on and treat patients with endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and complex pelvic pathology — performing advanced minimally invasive surgery and providing comprehensive medical management.
The menopause transition is one of the most consequential biological events in a woman's life — and one of the most poorly managed. I provide individualised HRT protocols, lifestyle strategies, and long-term monitoring to protect your brain, heart, and bones.
India Connect
Having trained and practised across two continents, I maintain an active clinical presence in Gurgaon, India — one of the country's leading hubs for women's health and reproductive medicine.
I visit Gurgaon regularly to see patients, consult, and collaborate with specialist clinicians. Whether you are based in Gurgaon or the broader NCR region, you can book an in-person consultation during my scheduled visits — or connect online for advisory consultations between visits.
For complex cases requiring surgery or advanced IVF, patients travel to Brisbane for treatment at Monash IVF Spring Hill, where I perform operative gynaecology and run personalised fertility programmes.

The 2002 Women's Health Initiative trial scared an entire generation off HRT. Twenty years later, the data tells a very different story — and women are paying the price of that scientific miscommunication.

For years I was sceptical of routine freeze-all protocols. The emerging data on endometrial receptivity and live birth rates has shifted my thinking — and my practice.

Reference ranges are statistical constructs built from populations — not optimisation targets. Here's why your GP's "all clear" may not mean what you think it means.

My Approach
The standard model of women's healthcare is broken. Symptoms are managed with a one-size-fits-all prescription. Investigations are ordered only when things go wrong. Menopause is treated as an inconvenience rather than a metabolic inflection point.
I was trained in that system, and I no longer practise that way. What I offer instead is deep, unhurried investigation — blood work, imaging, and biomarker analysis that most clinicians never order — combined with a genuine conversation about your goals.
The question I ask every patient: not "what's wrong with you?" but "what does thriving look like for you, and how do we get you there?"
Every treatment plan begins with comprehensive testing. You cannot optimise what you have not measured.
Every recommendation is grounded in peer-reviewed research. I explain the data, the confidence levels, and the uncertainties.
Biology changes. Your protocols should too. Ongoing biomarker tracking ensures your plan evolves with you.
Hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, and nutrition are inseparable. I address all of them.
About
I am a consultant gynaecologist, reproductive medicine specialist, and operative surgeon with over two decades of clinical practice. Based at Monash IVF Spring Hill, Brisbane, I operate on and treat patients with complex gynaecological conditions alongside running a comprehensive fertility and longevity programme. I also visit Gurgaon, India regularly for clinical consultations and teaching.
What brought me to this work was frustration — watching patients arrive having been dismissed, undertreated, or handed a prescription that didn't address the root of their problem. I built this practice to offer something different: more time, more investigation, and a genuine commitment to your long-term health.
I hold a PhD in reproductive immunology, have published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, and contribute to national guidelines on menopause and fertility care. But the work that matters most happens in the consulting room.
Patient Voices
After three failed IVF cycles elsewhere, I came here with low expectations. I had a completely different protocol built around my actual results. I have a daughter now. I don't have words.
I consulted during the Gurgaon visiting clinic and was immediately referred to Brisbane for surgery. The entire process — from Gurgaon to the operating theatre in Brisbane — was handled with extraordinary care and precision.
The endometriosis diagnosis took 9 years. It took one consultation here to have a surgical plan, a pain protocol, and for the first time in years, genuine hope. The depth of knowledge is extraordinary.
